Repairs scrutiny review
We’re launching a full, customer-led review into our repairs service and policy, and we need your help.
So we can understand more about what your needs are with repairs we’re asking you to fill in our quick survey, after which you can enter our prize draw to win £50 in gift vouchers.
The results of the survey will be analysed by our customer scrutiny panel, who will work with us to make major improvements to our repairs service and policy.

We’ve recently been running surveys around our pet policy and customer involvement – a big thank you to all of you who have taken part in these. We will be able to tell you more about any changes to these areas of our business once we’ve looked at the results and completed our reviews.
Traineeships available now
Traineeships are a great way for people to get their careers going, especially for those taking their first steps in the world of work.
But for thousands of young people across the UK, opportunities have been limited during the pandemic with valuable work experience hard to come by.
Recovery is on the horizon however and our partners, maintenance contractors Wates, are offering nationwide traineeship courses for 18-24 year olds across a range of roles, from business administration and professional services through to trades led placements.
Trainees can expect to earn real qualifications and important skills that could set them up for their dream job, with the potential for permanent employment at the end of the course.
