Supporting you

Money Matters

The past year has been the toughest in recent history for most of us and many of us have fallen on hard times financially.

Whether you’ve been furloughed, are on reduced hours, are out of work or have had unexpected expenditures to cover, it’s important to know that we are here to help.

If you are worried about making your rent payments, we want to assure you that you will not lose your home.

If you need some help, we can provide a range of services to support you with your finances such as arranging flexible payment plans in line with your individual circumstances.

We can also offer support and advice on other aspects of your finances if you need it. Just visit our money matters page on our website.

Making a payment? Go Direct

More and more customers are turning to MyHome to manage their homes. Over 13,000 people have registered for our free online service and it’s not hard to see why. They’re all benefitting from the quickest and easiest way to contact us.

MyHome is available on your phone, tablet or computer, 24 hours a day - including when the kids are asleep!

In March, two-out-of-three of all our online payments were made through MyHome.

Direct debits are simple to set up and come with the peace of mind of the Direct Debit guarantee. Why not join thousands of other customers and set yours up today. If you’re not already on MyHome, get a hold of your account reference number (it’s on your annual rent and tenancy statement) and register here.

Once you’re on board, you can set up your direct debits and take advantage of our other popular services, including:

• Diagnose and report repairs • Make payments • Check your rent balance

Behind everything you do online, a member of our team is working to make sure you get the best service possible. We are still here for you throughout the pandemic, and beyond.

‘What time will you get here?’

We’re always looking to improve services, that’s why some customers in the South West of England have been trying out Fortem’s ‘On My Way’, a new service that tells you on the day when your tradesperson is on their way to your home.

If you are getting a job done and get a text from Fortem offering this service, why not give it a go?
